We want you to love every Alixir product. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned in original or like-new condition
• Include original packaging where possible
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at inquirewithali@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship your item back using the provided label
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or stopped working within 30 days, email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement immediately. No need to return the original.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
